I'm currently affiliated with the
Agricultural Sciences Section at the University of Porto, Portugal, where I teach
Horticulture and Postharvest Physiology for undergraduate and graduate students.

a graduate level course in Postharvest Physiology, 2000, UTAD, Portugal.
Laboratory instructor for HOS 3013C General Horticulture,
Horticultural Sciences Department, University of Florida, Fall Semester 1998, under the
supervision of Dr. Bala Rathinasabapathi.
Laboratory instructor for General Horticulture, Vegetable
Production and Crop Biology classes for Agricultural Engineering majors at
UTAD, Portugal, 1993-1996.
Thesis advisor to six undergraduate students in Horticulture, UTAD,
1995-1996.
Lectured Crop Production to Food Engineering majors between 1993 and
